I recently purchased this item. Although I like it, I should tell you that there are NO velcro straps, but 1 elastic strap on the back, which is attached to 2 small elastic straps attached to the shoulder of costume. However, at the event I wore this too, it was a huge hit and everyone thought it was very cool.
